I decided to add the excess peeled unsalted pistachios to regular yeasted wheat bread, it turned out delicious 🙂
500g of 750 wheat flour, 20g of fresh yeast, 2 teaspoons of salt, a handful of pistachios, 320ml of water.
Mix the yeast with water, add flour, salt and pistachios, mix, leave for an hour to rise, bake up and down at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Wait until it cools down a bit before eating 🙂
