I like this recipe for its universality. I add pudding in my favorite flavor and have a vanilla, blueberry or caramel cheesecake. I can leave out the icing, pour it with chocolate or whipped cream with fruit, of your choice 🙂
1 kg of cheese in a bucket
100 grams of soft butter
1 cup of sugar
6 eggs
1 pudding
Mix the soft butter with sugar until light using a mixer. Then add the eggs in batches, mixing constantly. Add the pudding and cheese in batches. Mix until the ingredients are combined.
Place the dough in a form and bake at 180 degrees in the top-down mode for about 1 hour. After baking, do not take the cheesecake out of the oven immediately.
