An exceptionally quick fish dinner: tuna.
I make tuna steak by washing the fish slices, of course. I brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt. I put it on a heated grill pan for 3-5 minutes on each side and it’s ready 🙂
